DAKADO Avocado Oil benefit

Avocado oil, extracted from the flesh of the avocado fruit itself is just among the few plant oils not extracted from the seed. Therefore, it goes without saying avocado oil benefits are vast, and not limited to the fact that you can use it for cooking. Some of the nutritional and medical benefits of avocado oil have been confirmed, while others still remain as they are — they’ve been peer-reviewed in various literary work.
Type of Nutrients in Avocado Oil
This oil has the highest concentration of monounsaturated fats, potassium, and vitamins A, E and D. Mono saturated fats are the good and necessary fats needed in healthy diets.
You see, this fruit is rich in antioxidants as well as beta-sitosterol, all of which have been shown to reduce the risk of developing cancer and heart diseases respectively.
Bet-sitosterol is the equivalent of cholesterol in animals. When it is consumed in acceptable quantities, it will compete with the absorption of cholesterol in the blood stream. This element has also been shown to inhibit cell division. So to some extent, it may prevent you from developing cancerous cells.
In fact, studies have shown that in both humans and animals, this element can reduce the risk of cancer by a significant percentage. And for the aging population, avocado oil gives good health to the eyesight, thanks to an element called lutein.
Mono saturated fats mainly balances the level of cholesterol in the body. What’s more, most of the essential nutrients for bone and cardiovascular health are found in avocado fruit. Magnesium is also an element that comes in large quantities in this fruit. Magnesium is said to reduce migraines or even eliminate chances of type 2 diabetes developing in individuals.
We can’t forget to mention the fact that avocado fruit is rich in omega 3 fatty acids, which is even more beneficial to your health. Omega 3 fatty acids basically reduces inflammation, high level of bad cholesterol, high blood pressure, symptoms of arthritis, depression and so forth.
Again, avocado contains an element known as folate. A serving of one cup contains 23% of your daily need of folate. This element also plays a role in reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases developing.
Avocado Oil Benefits
The following are benefits that have attracted the attention of the medical fraternity and the public alike. You may want to go through them and understand how beneficial they can be to your overall health.

Arthritis and Avocado Oil

It’s good to learn that a combination of this oil with soybean oil extract have received what could be termed as prescription drug status in countries like France. On the other hand, Denmark has marked this combination as an effective food supplement that combats inflammation, while offering the ability to stimulate cartilage growth as well as repair.
So far, there are 4 studies that have been cited in relation to arthritis and avocado oil. The studies found that when avocado oil was mixed with soybean oil extract, it could treat the symptoms of hip and knee osteoarthritis.
However, the studies noted that while there was a significant improvement in the symptoms of arthritis, no structural improvements were noted. These findings were published in the August, 2010 journal named ”Ugeschrift for laeger”.
Periodontal Diseases
This issue was reported in the Journal Periodontal Disease, 2006. The study showed a strong correlation between avocado oil and periodontal disease. Researchers studied human periodontal ligaments and bone cells. They discovered that avocado oil inhibited an element known as pro-inflammatory cytokine molecule, thus reducing inflammation.
This anti-inflammatory action prevented bone erosion caused by periodontal disease — the researchers concluded.
Psoriasis
A 2001 study was published in the journal of Dermatology, stating that Psoriasis responded too well to avocado oil and Vitamin B12. In this study, researchers subjected a few participants who were suffering from psoriasis to Vitamin B12 and avocado oil. They showed consistent improvement for the entire 12-week period.
But on the contract, a control group were subjected to a vitamin E cream. They showed remarkable improvement for the first 4 weeks, after which these effects began fading away.
This study concluded that avocado oil, when combined with Vitamin B12 could be used as an effective long term topical treatment for people suffering from psoriasis.
Avocado Oil and your diet
This oil will add richness and flavor to your diet. Try it with Sauteed vegetables and see the miracle. You could even combine it with summer squash and some kale for a rich, nutritious and colorful diet. You could even mix it with balsamic vinegar to prepare a healthy salad dressing.

Avocado oil benefits your skin
Is your skin dry and itchy? You may benefit from this oil. The moment you apply it on the skin, it will be absorbed deeply into the skin layers. This automatically makes it an excellentskin moisturizer and care agent.
It’s an ant-aging agent too. Instead of using creams that don’t contain natural ingredients, you’d be safer with avocado oil since it’s natural and beneficial to the skin in every way. It will keep your skin plump, and also ensure that you don’t develop wrinkles early in life.
In addition to being kind to the skin, this oil also helps relieve itching of the scalp. Apply it regularly to enhance healthy hair growth.

1. Rich Source of Oleic Acid
The majority of essential fatty acids found in avocado oil are monounsaturated oleic acid, the same omega-9 EFA that won olive oil its claim to fame. Oleic acid is known to have several positive effects throughout the body including lowering risk of some cancers, preventing flare-ups of certain auto-immune diseases, speeding cell regeneration and wound healing, aiding the body in repelling and eliminating microbial infections, as well as reducing inflammation inside and out. (source)
Furthermore, oleic acid is highly resistant to oxidation, meaning that avocado oil won’t go rancid as quickly as many other oils when stored for long periods of time. Due to its stability, avocado oil can also be used for cooking at higher temperatures (stir fry, sauté, etc) without breaking down and loosing some of its health benefits (as other oils are known to do.)

2. Keeps Your Heart Healthy
Avocado oil has an unusually high concentration of beta-sitosterol, a type of cholesterol which our bodies can use to convert less healthy fats into forms which are more usable and less damaging to cells. Because avocado oil is anti-inflammatory, it can help to prevent damage to arterial walls which in turn lowers the risk of heart disease caused by plaque deposits. Furthermore, less inflammation in the arteries means avocado oil can also go a long way toward keep blood pressure at normal, healthy levels.

3. Good Source of Vitamin E
Avocado oil is among the top five foods highest in vitamin E. This fat-soluble vitamin is known for improving skin and eye health, bolstering the immune system, providing defense against oxidative damage to cells caused by free-radicals, improving memory and mental acuity, as well as increasing the overall efficiency of the digestive tract.
Because our bodies absorb vitamin E (as with most nutrients) much more efficiently from the food we eat than from supplements, you’ll definitely want to add organic cold-pressed avocado oil to your natural health shopping list!

4. Improves Digestion
If you find that you get frequent heart burn, experience an abnormally high amount of gas and bloating on a regular basis, or if you simply feel tired all of the time, poor digestion could be to blame. Try adding avocado oil to your food to fix the problem. The vitamins, minerals, and monounsaturated fatty acids in avocado oil all help the digestive tract to process food more efficiently. While this won’t fix the problem overnight, you might be surprised at how quickly you’ll begin to feel better, have more energy, and even start to lose weight as a result!

5. Helps You Lose Weight
As previously mentioned, the high concentration of oleic acid in avocado oil can help you lose weight – especially when combined with a healthy diet and regular exercise. However, there’s more to it than that. Avocado oil is thick and full of powerful nutrients, meaning that it will make you feel fuller faster and keep your appetite satisfied longer. Also, because the vitamins and EFAs in avocado oil improve digestion, you’ll get more energy from the other foods you eat with it, making it easier to take part in physical activities that you otherwise might not feel like doing.

6. Detoxifies Your Body
Avocado oil is loaded with chlorophyll – a natural source of super-healthy magnesium (the same mineral that makes Epsom salt so popular!) and one of the best-known natural substances for removing heavy metals like mercury and lead from the liver, kidneys, brain, and other organs. Each chlorophyll molecule contains a magnesium ion at its core which is released when it comes into contain with an acidic environment such as the inside of the human body. In the absence of said magnesium, the incomplete chlorophyll molecule attracts other metal ions in order to fill the space. When it comes into contact with one, chlorophyll binds the metal ion to itself, rending the previously toxic element harmless before passing out of the body through the bowels.

Also, because avocado oil is so thick, it won’t soak in as fast as other oils. For chronic ailments like eczema, a thin coating of soothing oil can go a long way toward relieving the persistent itching of a break out. Of course, not everyone has the same reactions to every plant oil so you should definitely test a drop or two of avocado oil (or any new treatment, for that matter) on a small patch of skin from which the oil may be easily removed before applying to large areas of the body.

10. Accelerates Wound Healing
Just as avocado oil helps the body to grow healthier and stronger skin, it can also speed up the healing process. Once you’ve thouroughly cleaned the affected area, try treating damaged skin caused by cuts, scrapes, burns, raw skin from blisters or rashes, sunburn, bug bites and stings, and other wounds with a drop or two of avocado oil. What is an avocado
Avocado trees flourished already 50 million years ago in Central America and its fruits are considered as one of the best gifts of Mother Nature. The first species to discover the magic of avocados was the dinosaur. The avocado is an evergreen fruit tree. It grows only in subtropical climates and can become 12 to 20 meters tall. The fruit is not sweet, but fatty, is strongly flavoured, and has a smooth, almost creamy texture. The taste of avocados can differ substantially, depending on the oil content of the individual fruit.
In Vietnam, traders classify avocado into the following three categories which based on their oil contents:
