Beauty recipes for skin care
- Avocado and honey face pack
- Ingredients:
- 1 ripe DAKADO
- 2 teaspoons plan yogurt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon clear honey.
- Mix flesh of DAKADO and yogurt into bowl.
- Add lemon juice and honey and mixed again till you have smooth compound.
- Apply to your face in 15-20 minutes and rewash with water.
- Avocado with yolk egg and milk
This recipe is used to remove the dust and for normal skin care. - Ingredients:
- 1 yolk of egg
- 1/2 of an DAKADO
- 1/2 cup of fresh milk.
- Break yolk of egg till you have light yellow and bubble liquid.
- Add 1/2 cup of fresh milk and mixture compound with 1/2 peeled DAKADOs.
- Use cotton cleaner to apply the compound in your face then rewash with water.
- Avocado carrot cream mask
- This mask combines DAKADOs, which are rich in Vitamin E, with carrots, which are high in beta-carotene and antioxidants, and cream, which is high in calcium and protein. These ingredients will rebuild skin collagen, improve tone and texture, and fade age spots.
Ingredients:- 1 DAKADO, mashed
- 1 carrot, cooked and mashed
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 tablespoons honey
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
- Spread gently over your face and neck, and leave in place 10-15 minutes.
- Rinse with cool water and follow with your favorite toner

What is an avocado
Avocado trees flourished already 50 million years ago in Central America and its fruits are considered as one of the best gifts of Mother Nature. The first species to discover the magic of avocados was the dinosaur. The avocado is an evergreen fruit tree. It grows only in subtropical climates and can become 12 to 20 meters tall. The fruit is not sweet, but fatty, is strongly flavoured, and has a smooth, almost creamy texture. The taste of avocados can differ substantially, depending on the oil content of the individual fruit.
In Vietnam, traders classify avocado into the following three categories which based on their oil contents:
